FOR BREAKFAST AND DINNER OPTIONS WE ARE PLEASED TO OFFER THE FOLLOWING:

Continental Breakfast is included in the price of the room for all Suites and B&B Rooms, although there is a small charge for Studio Guests (please see tariffs page)


Served between 8am – 9am


Breakfast is served in the cafe lounge and consists of:

  • Fresh Croissants
  • Fresh Bread
  • Cakes or Pastries (homemade when possible)
  • Fruit Compotes
  • Fresh Fruit
  • Orange Juice
  • Coffee - fresh from our Rancilio Coffee Machine (Cafes Folliets ‘Italian Coffee’ beans are freshly ground and have been chosen by us as an ideal coffee to start the day, decaffeinated coffee is also available)
  • Tea (a range of teas available including Yorkshire Tea, Darjeeling, Mint and other herbal teas)
  • Hot Chocolate
  • Mocha (for those who just can’t decide between coffee and chocolate!)
  • Conserves and butter, and where possible homemade jams made from our home grown fruit

  • We try to cater for all our International Guests, so if you prefer pancakes, a cooked breakfast, perhaps cheese and ham instead or maybe eggs (yes where possible from our own chickens), then please do ask as this is no problem.


    Your breakfast can be eaten in the main salon, out on the terrace or if you prefer, it can be delivered to your own room.


    A daily local paper is also available May to September.

    IF YOU WOULD LIKE DINNER, PLEASE RESERVE BEFORE 6PM ON YOUR DAY OF ARRIVAL TO ENSURE AVAILABILITY.


    Dinner is served in the Main Salon, or outside on the Terrace if you prefer.


    Everything is either own grown, or locally grown and sourced here in the Lot. We do pride ourselves on the fresh food we put on your plate and the service you receive from us.

  • Starter of Green Salad (Homegrown in season) Walnuts and Rocamadour AOC Fermier Cabecous. In winter a warm homemade soup of fresh vegetables and freshly baked walnut bread.
  • Main course normally Confit de Canard, or a chicken dish with local ingredients. A Vegetarian option is available and where possible our own vegetables are used, or a local farmers market.
  • Dessert of homemade Mousse au Chocolat with raspberry coulis or sorbet dependant on the season, we freeze our raspberries out of season, or use the plentiful red & black currants we grow.
  • Coffee or Tea or herbal teas are included in the price of the meal (see tariffs page)
  • Main course of meatballs and homemade tomato and basil sauce or similar.
  • Dessert of Mousse au Chocolat
  • Glass of cola or fruit juice

  • Vegetarian option is available and where possible also includes our own grown vegetables etc, Main course will be substituted with a quiche or similar.

    We have chosen a small family run vineyard to supply us for the Table D'Hotes evening meals that we provide here. A small 3 generations family run vineyard providing a wonderful selection of wines to suit all tastes. A light rose for the summer months (and we do tend to drink that ourselves out on the terrace of a nice summers evening!) and a fruity Malbec Merlot blend of red for any occasion, or a dedicated Merlot reserve for those wanting to enjoy the best, differing years as advised by the vintners and tasted by ourselves, or we hold a white which makes a great aperitif with the crème de cassis (a Kir) or on it’s own when we serve the fabulous chicken dish. We use Baniere wines exclusively and can organise wine tastings for you should you wish to sample the various wines they make. We also sell their wines direct to you on a take – away basis too.
