La Noyeraie Rocamadour is completely pet friendly, allowing pets to stay with you while you travel and enjoy the lovely Lot countryside, afterall in such a perfect setting with several hectares of parkland here, it is ideal for for walking your dog or cat of course (indeed our cat regularly takes walks with us!) we could hardly refuse your four legged friend. We make a small charge for each pet (please see Tariff page for charges). With many local pathways and bridleways it is a perfect base for seeing the area with your dog, and these can be accessed without going near the main roads, you’re welcome to use our gate to walk straight onto one of the network of local pathways.
Feel free to also walk around the grounds and make friends with the our own 4 dogs, English Setter Mille (the boss!) Black Labrador Bob (a guard dog when needed, but a very big softie when introduced by us), and our 2 Collies, Pepper and Jake. They have all been rescued or rehomed with us, here in France through various means, Mille came to us via the vets when she was 6 weeks old left by the side of the road, Jake joined us at 6 months old, Bob needed a loving home when his previous owners moved away, and Pepper joined us when her owner returned overseas. They have all fallen on their paws here as we love them all and our twin boys adore playing with them, the (also rescued) cat Felix thinks he’s a dog as well and shares their beds at night – often taking up the biggest amount of space of course!
